At the heart of Osteria dell’Angolo is Head Chef Demian Mazzocchi, whose passion for Italian cuisine began in the Umbrian village of Montone, inspired by his Italian grandmother and her love of simple, locally grown ingredients.

Since joining Osteria dell’Angolo as Sous Chef in 2009 and becoming Head Chef in 2016, Demian has remained true to his Italian roots.
